Lea Bouchard is a San francisco based Pilates instructor. she was born and raised on the shores of maui and brings to her work a lifetime of experience in movement. Lea is steeped in pilates, enhanced by her knowledge of anatomy and body awareness training. she is a dancer, a yoga practitioner and a pilates specialist, who offers a holistic approach to her training by synergizing strength, precision and humor as she focuses on the art of overall wellbeing.  

  

Movement
At its core, life is about movement. Movement enhances your brain power, helps you handle stress, increases your chance of longevity, good health, and opens the door to ease with physical tasks.

Vitality
Vitality is an energy, a state of being, feeling strong and active—the power giving continuance of life, present in all living things. Exercise and balanced nutrition support and promote a healthy mind and body. Development of a robust lifestyle can begin at anytime in your life.

Laughter
Having fun is an essential component of continued exercise. Whether your workout is intensive or restorative, it should always be enjoyable.
